These are a nod to you Mom. When we were little my Mom made "orange chicken". It was basically just chicken cooked in Sazon (the best seasoning ever). I thought it was the best and always asked her to make and she claimed she never remembered how. This is a cool twist on that. I added orange chicken, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and hot sauce to jumbo tortillas and made burritos. They were bomb.
